6’0” depth column foundation and framed structure as per design, and basement 3’0” height from the natural ground level.

9” bricks for External, 41/2 inches bricks for internal partition and brick work in cement mortar, plastered on smooth both sides.

2 x 2 Marbonite vitrified flooring and  skirting will be of with respective.

Glazed tiles will be provided in the following places

• On toilet walls upto about 7ft. height
• Above kitchen platform upto a height of about 2 ft.

All water closets and wash basins will be of Parry ware Ceramic. All tap fittings will be chromium plated. (Metro S fittings/similar)

Granite platform with S.S. sink.

Front door Frames and shutters with good  quality teak wood. Other and shutters frames in Good quality. Padak wood, FRB doors for bath rooms.

Windows & Window frames will be in good  quality country wood and shutters  with pinned glass with rods (or) grills.

Quality padak wood frame with glass louvers with MS Rods.

Open shelves with Cuddapah slab partitions will be provided in the kitchen and bedrooms.

Internal piping concealed in walls, it will be will be finolex, heavy P.V.C. pipes, and GI fittings and external of P.V.C. The  soil and waste water lines exposed and Concealed will be of P.V.C.

Flooring anti skid Ruff tiles, one EWC closets, white ceramic wash basin and chromium plated bathroom fittings hot and cold water taps with shower in bathroom will be provided.

Concealed wiring for 3 phase service connection with necessary points with standard anchor or equivalent make switches and sockets etc. each flat will be provided with a separate meter located on the main board. Separate common meter for the common services will be provided on the main board.

Color wash with two coats of plastic emulsion paint, main door will be varnish finish, and all other doors, windows and ventilators finished with enamel paint two coats over primer.
